How do I book a consultation?

Join the waitlist, then choose a time on the booking page that follows. You will get a confirmation email with the time and the details for joining.

I need to move or cancel my consultation.

Use the reschedule or cancel link in your confirmation email. If you cannot find it, write to us here and we will sort it out.

How does the waitlist work?

Joining costs nothing, and positions are held in the order signups arrive. Booking a consultation does not change the order positions were recorded in.

I paid the Early-Access Deposit before. What now?

Nothing changes for you. Your engagement continues under the Early-Access Deposit terms you accepted, which remain published. Write to us here with any questions about it.

Can I send you a colleague instead?

Yes. Each signup is tied to an email address, so have them join with their own. Write to us if you need a position moved.
