01The waitlist

Waitlist positions are held in the order signups arrive. Joining the waitlist costs nothing.

Your position is tied to the email address you signed up with. Booking a consultation does not alter the order in which waitlist positions were recorded.

HERA FORGE will contact you using the details you provided as cohorts open, or about your consultation.

02Booking a consultation

Consultations are scheduled through Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. When you book, the details you enter are handled by Calendly under its own terms and privacy policy, and shared with HERA FORGE.

Your confirmation email contains the time of your consultation, the details for joining it, and links to reschedule or cancel.

Please reschedule or cancel in advance if you cannot attend. HERA FORGE may occasionally need to reschedule, and will contact you to arrange a new time.

HERA FORGE may decline or cancel a booking, including for the reasons set out under “Right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services” below.

03Preparing for your consultation

To make the conversation useful, HERA FORGE may review publicly available information about your company before the consultation, such as your:

• Websites
• Social media profiles
• Search results
• Advertisements
• Competitor activity
• Industry information
• Media coverage
• Brand positioning
• Customer-facing materials

We may also ask you for information directly. The depth of any preparation is at HERA FORGE’s discretion and may vary between consultations.

04What the consultation covers

The consultation is a conversation about your business objectives and how HERA FORGE may be able to help. Depending on the business, it may touch on:

• Brand positioning
• Audience strategy
• Competitive strategy
• Content and distribution
• AI-enabled marketing
• Marketing automation
• Platform capabilities
• Potential future HERA FORGE services

The consultation does not obligate either HERA FORGE or you to enter into any further engagement.

Any research engagement, implementation, ongoing marketing, advertising, campaign management, content production, technology development, platform subscription, or other service requires separate pricing, scope, and terms, agreed in writing before any payment is taken.

05Early access

Waitlist members may receive consideration for early access to HERA FORGE products, systems, features, services, or onboarding opportunities before broader public availability.

HERA FORGE is actively developing and evolving its systems. Features, functionality, integrations, capabilities, launch dates, access procedures, and services may therefore change at any time.

Joining the waitlist or booking a consultation does not guarantee that any specific feature, product, or service will be made available to you by any particular date.

06Right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services

HERA FORGE reserves the right, in its sole and reasonable discretion, to refuse, suspend, limit, discontinue, or terminate services to any individual, business, organization, project, campaign, or account, including declining a waitlist signup or consultation booking.

HERA FORGE will not knowingly provide services that are intended to facilitate, promote, conceal, support, or materially enable illegal or illicit activity.

Without limiting the foregoing, HERA FORGE may decline or end an engagement involving or reasonably suspected of involving:

• Fraud, scams, deceptive marketing, or false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about products, services, results, or endorsements;
• Goods, services, or content that are illegal, or that are restricted or prohibited by applicable law, payment networks, or the platforms on which we operate;
• Money laundering, sanctions evasion, tax evasion, or other financial crime;
• Infringement or misappropriation of trademarks, copyrights, likenesses, trade secrets, or other rights of any third party;
• Impersonation of any person, business, or organization, or misrepresentation of an affiliation, endorsement, or credential;
• Harassment, threats, discrimination, exploitation, or content that incites or promotes harm against any person or group;
• Material misrepresentation of your company, its products, its ownership, or its circumstances, including information provided during signup or booking; or
• Any other activity that would reasonably expose HERA FORGE, its personnel, its partners, or its customers to legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial harm.

HERA FORGE may also decline a booking for ordinary business reasons, including capacity constraints, a conflict of interest with an existing client, or a determination that HERA FORGE is not the right fit for your objectives.

07Confidentiality and your information

Information you share about your business is treated as confidential and used to prepare for and conduct your consultation.

HERA FORGE retains the right to reuse the general methods, frameworks, tools, and non-identifying insights developed in the course of its work.

08No guaranteed outcome

Anything discussed in a consultation, including observations and recommendations, is provided for discussion. HERA FORGE does not guarantee any particular commercial outcome — including reach, revenue, engagement, virality, rankings, or customer acquisition.

Marketing results depend on execution, market conditions, platform behaviour, and other factors outside our control. Decisions you make following a consultation are your own.

09Earlier Early-Access Deposit purchases

HERA FORGE previously offered a paid Early-Access Deposit. It is no longer sold.

Customers who paid it remain covered by the Early-Access Deposit terms they accepted, which remain published at heraforge.com/terms/early-access.
